Better delivery for a content-rich platform.
We audited Storyline Online’s WordPress code and delivery infrastructure, then carried out the agreed optimizations with bandwidth and hosting efficiency in view.

The challenge.
A media-rich website needed to serve its content efficiently while keeping its application code and hosting choices aligned with actual demand. Understanding where traffic was served was as important as reviewing the pages themselves.
What the audit found.
- The audit’s 30-day traffic review showed that more than 99% of recorded bandwidth was served through the CDN.
- The homepage loaded featured and rollover images together, including images that visitors had not yet interacted with.
- Formidable Forms assets were loading across the site despite being required on a specific page.
- Theme-template warnings and direct-file execution errors were identified alongside an opportunity to reassess hosting costs.
These findings describe the site at the time of the audit.
What we implemented.
- Changed thumbnail and rollover-image loading to avoid unnecessary initial downloads.
- Restricted form assets to the pages that required them.
- Corrected the theme-template issues and added guards around direct execution.
- Implemented the agreed hosting and content-delivery improvements informed by the traffic and cost analysis.
From findings to delivery.
We connected application-level fixes with a practical review of origin demand and CDN delivery. The original report documents the diagnostic findings and the hosting options assessed during the engagement.
A considered implementation.
The engagement delivered targeted code and asset-loading improvements, together with a hosting and delivery configuration informed by real traffic patterns.
