A stronger foundation for everyday commerce.
We investigated slow storefront and admin workflows, then implemented the infrastructure and WordPress improvements identified in the audit.

The challenge.
The store’s performance problems affected both shoppers and the people managing its products. Slow page requests, lengthy updates and inconsistent configuration called for a review extending beyond a caching plugin.
What the audit found.
- The audit recorded page loads reaching roughly 30 seconds and product or page updates taking 30–40 seconds.
- The object-cache configuration was not connected to a working Redis service.
- PHP configuration, missing extensions and inactive OPcache limited the effectiveness of the existing server setup.
- Development-domain references, redirect problems and overlapping plugins added operational and front-end issues.
These findings describe the site at the time of the audit.
What we implemented.
- Reworked the web-server and PHP configuration around the performance plan established in the audit.
- Installed and configured the object-caching and PHP components required by the store.
- Cleaned up development-domain references, broken asset paths and redirect configuration.
- Consolidated redundant plugins and tuned WordPress resource settings, with testing around store and admin workflows.
From findings to delivery.
Our role covered diagnosis and hands-on implementation across the application and server layers. We addressed configuration dependencies together rather than treating every symptom as an isolated plugin issue.
A considered implementation.
The work delivered an updated hosting and caching configuration, cleaner WordPress dependencies and a more maintainable foundation for the store’s day-to-day operations.
